I would love to have an actual review to write, but when I arrived for my appointment after driving more than 20 minutes, I was told the woman who was supposed to do my hair never showed up for work. Nobody even bothered calling to cancel my appointment. And apparently the woman there had "already worked like a dog this week" and didn't want to do my roots. As a chain place I expected to be treated better. VERY disappointed and will not be going back.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new hair dresser. I didn't have an appointment and came in as a walk in. I didn't get the first stylists name however, she washed my hair and sat me at her station. I asked for a trim and told her to take off any dead ends. As she began, someone with an appointment came in and she sent me over to another women name Katherine. Katherine was very nice and friendly, however, she actually damaged my hair. I believe it is the worst hair cut I have ever received in my life. Not only is it uneven on the sides it is also uneven in the back, I need to let it grow out some more before I can have it reshaped. So disappointed. Definitely not what I expected for a $36 haircut.
Just had my haircut by Kathy great job highly recomend them.
A simple hair cut with some side swept bang's. I was happy with the results and will be going back and have my hair done again.
