Lowe's is pretty good. Clean place. I think their prices are higher than Home Depot.
Jesse O'Brien needs to have the employees work on customer service, had to ask 3 people where something was because no one knew the store. Bought something that apparently was not in the system and the cashier was very rude because she didn't know how to do her job. The manager on duty was no help either. Customer service is key to having people return.
Absolutely AWFUL....we were there for two hours tonite...the paint guy couldn't/wouldn't match paint for us despite ads saying Lowes can match anything...employee who cuts blinds went home sick and no one else knows how to do it and help in plumbing fixtures was not to be found....apparently management doesn't think customers who shop from 6 - 9 PM need or deserve any service...we left with the same list we came in with...and trust me...we will not be back. Literally ANYWHERE else has to be
Always a good experience at this store. I usually by my fruit trees and rescue plants here at deep discounts. Also bought all of my garden bed lumber, vine rails, and winter tunnel supplies here.
Went there today to buy a light bulb. Grabbed the bulb (easy to find) and went to self checkout to complete my quick trip. Self checkout was closed! There was one register open with 9 people in line, one of which had a cart loaded with lumber. Put the light bulb down and drove 6 miles to a Home Depot. Found the bulb I needed, paid at self checkout and the whole time in the store was less than 5 minutes. The longer drive was worth the trip. Done with the Lowe's in Manchester.
