OK for an older senior mobile home park. You don't get much for your rent beyond the land that you sit on.
Pine Ridge at Crestwood sucks, sure office is beautiful and they are very nice until you sign the dotted line, office personnel only caters to a_ _ kissers, they start problems with their immaturity, community has areas that are like ghetto, run down, speeding always, alot of police activity, drugs and drinking, alot of young ones here too! Just beware!
I live here and it's in transition but not friendly to the existing ailing Senior Citizens.
Nice community, still could use a pool, and a lot monthly rent reduction otherwise still pretty satisfied.
I love this place. There nice at the office and are always helpful. For the money it is pretty good. I have net some people here and some are nice and then you get the ones that are unhappy and grumpy.
