Clean office and examination room
After going to another local vet for years I became dissatisfied with the fact that my pug was not getting any better. I switched to Dr. Richie and after the first visit she was diagnosed and treated with great results. So happy I made the switch.
The vet was excellent, and this place was amazing!! However, the receptionist has a major attitude problem, and loves to be rude, argue, and also can't count change correctly, and then tells you "whatever" when you call her out on your change being incorrect. When I asked her what kind of cone my dog will be getting after her spay, she replied nasty with "the cone we give everyone else!" I can say that the nasty attitude and dirty looks I was given by this receptionist, made it so unpleasant and she was super unprofessional, I will not be coming back what so ever, maybe you can give her some additional training on how to be polite to your clients. Thanks you all for being amazing, it's a shame one person can ruin it for everyone though. Take care, and god bless.
